The Annual Prospect Jamboree & Timber Carnival, one of the last three timber carnivals in the state of Oregon. This popular event, is  usually held the third week of August in the Joseph H. Stewart State Recreation Area (but please verify). We have heard that it is in Lions Park before, but we can never get or find any kind of current website info online.

We have seen these hours online, but again verify:
Parade Starts at 10:00 am.
Jamboree Starts at: 11:00 a.m.
